When you sign your son up for Cub Scouting, you're signing him up for much more than an after-school activity. Whether it's camping for the first time or catching his first fish, your son will take part in activities that are fun, but also build character and start him on a path to success. While there are lots of cool badges to earn, the experiences had along the way are the true rewards.

We can help you register ANYTIME throughout the year or we will also have a recruitment night soon after school starts in September.

*If you can’t make the parent information night meeting, don’t worry. Just contact us for more information to get your son started in the exciting world of Cub Scouting. You are welcome to come and check us out at our next pack meeting, which occurs every third Thursday of the month, September through May. 

Boys entering Kindergarten in the Fall, and are interested in Cub Scouts are welcome to join Pack 279 as first year scouts in the LION program.  Older boys entering grades 1-5 are also welcome to join our pack as well as Tiger, Wolf, Bear or Webelos Scouts.

• Cub Scout Uniform Information - Pack 279 does not require official BSA trousers, shorts or socks. A neckerchief & slide will be presented to the scout at the first Pack event.
