Uniform Requirements
Cub Scouts should be in uniform for each and every scouting event. All parents should emphasize to their scouts the importance of wearing the correct and complete uniform at all scouting events.
For additional questions regarding uniforms, see FAQs link. A copy of the Pack 607 Uniform Requirements Brochure is attached.
The full Cub Scout uniform consists of the shirt, pants, belt, neckerchief with slide and hat. The scout handbook is also considered part of the uniform and should be brought to each den meeting. The uniform should be worn to all den and pack meetings as well as any other scouting activities. Athletic shoes or boots are required for safety reasons.
Sometimes, due to a messy den project or another reason, scouts are requested to wear their activity t-shirt. This is the yellow Pack 607 t-shirt. Scouts should only wear their pack t-shirts if the activity requires it. When in doubt, have your scout wear their t-shirt under their regular uniform so they'll be ready for anything.
Each new cub scout receives a Pack 607 t-shirt when they register for the first time. Additional pack t-shirt may be bought for $5.
